Project description:
You can often create a clearer image of what a place is like by directly asking those who are a part of that community. Through this project I want to reflect the relationship between Locals and Tourists and by using Locals opinions, attract tourists to an area that may be overlooked by the Tourism Industry. A Town, Village or area should not be branded without getting a true insight from the Locals first - it may become more appealing. |
Artists statement:
Always learning and developing my creativity, I like to go beyond the boundaries I set for myself. Being interested in current affairs drives me to explore 'local' issues around my hometown. Through my work, I want to allow people to have their own opinions of what they see. |
