||
Description:FOOTPRINT is a photographic trek to all four corners of the Lake District National Park taking place over the 31 days of October. The project is a solo venture by Rob Fraser, a professional photographer, capturing images that symbolise the remote upland fells of the Lake District. The project will open eyes to a constantly evolving landscape and reach a local and national audience, many of who will not be able to experience this remote landscape first hand Rob will take just two monochrome large format images per day – distilling the essence of the surrounding landscape through a considered and disciplined approach. The route of the trek will be arbitrary and led by his curiosity of the landscape and features on the map. Pre-organised collection points will contain film, food and fuel, positioned at remote locations. In addition, Rob will take 1 image a day throughout FRED on a camera phone. These images will be displayed here daily.
